Are You a Leader?

Some say leaders are born, others say they are molded, but throughout history leaders forged new paths for others to follow. Sometimes leader might fall, but they grow from experience and become stronger.

Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, Nelson Mandela, and many others were considered people that could never be leaders. To leaders challenges aren't road blocks, they are opportunities. Leaders do not make excuses.

Many people think "the ones with money only succeed." Wrong. Fact is that less than 1% entrepreneurs come from extremely rich families.

Leaders are not limited to just old and experienced.
     Mark Zuckerberg - founder of Facebook - 27 years old
     Lary Page and Sergey Brin - co-founders of Google - 35 and 34 years old
     Chad Harley and Steve Chen - founders of Youtube - age 33

Leader's performance is measured by the people who follow them and how they inspire them.

- Educator
- Innovator
- Motivator
- Communicator
- Facilitator
- Advisor

  1. Odlicna obrada teorije motivacije.
    Jako mi se dopao nacin na koji si obradio Maslovovu i Hercbergovu teoriju motivacije i sveo je na prakticku primenjivu formu motivacije zaposlenih kroz prakticne primere i savete. Svaki zaposleni je individua sa svim ljudskim potrebama, ali je kod svakog zaposlenog u zavisnosti od kulturne, etnicke i socijalne pripadnosti kao u zavisnosti od porodicnog statusa ili trenutnog emotivnog stanja razlicito izrazena razlicita potreba. Ponekada je svakom ljudskom bicu potrebna pohvala da bi se zadovoljila potreba za priznanjem,samopostovanjem ili samoispunjenjem, ponekada je bas kao sto si ti napisao izrazenija potreba za sigurnoscu, nekada je to potreba za druzenjem i socijalnim pripadanjem grupi. Ponekada je nakon napornog i predanog rada potrebno podrzati osecaj postignuca ili pruziti priliku za promociju i unapredjenje.
    Teorija motivacije je danas aktuelnija nego ikada, jer savremeni nacin zivota i savremeni nacin poslovanja zahtevaju od zaposlenih veci nivo angazovanja i podizu nivo stresa. Nacin zivota se promenio , ali su ljudske potrebe ostale iste. Dobri menadzeri ih moraju prepoznati i moraju se baviti kako zaposlenima tako i njihovim potrebama. Dobro si prepoznao potrebu i dobro si obradio temu ljudskih potreba.
